Exterior Drone Video $500
Includes: Sunrise or Sunset Drone Flight of Property. A finely edited drone movie of property cut together with royalty free music.

Drone Exterior Still Photography $500. Includes 5 professionaly shot and edited still photographs.
4K Video Resolution $200. Video is shot, edited, and delivered in Stunning 4K (3840 x 2160)
2 day turn around $200. We always edit the videos as quickly as we can, and guarantee the completed video with-in a week, but for a $200 fee we put you at the front of the que and guarantee a 2 day turn around.
Voice over $100 - He will add your voice over that you supply to the video, or for $200 we will record your custom voice over, and add it to the video.
On sight interview $500. A well lit professionally shot interview of the agent at the property describing the key features of the property. The interview is then cut together with the highlight video.
Copyright $1500 - You get ownership of the video and use it for other marketing needs. This can be a great add-on for the buyer to use video for marketing a rental/AirBnB property.
4 hour Branded lifestyle shoot $2500 *- Highlight the reasons we all live in Colorado. This could be staging the home with models actively enjoying the property, or could highlight activities such as golf, skiing, hiking or one of the other activities Colorado has to offer.
